Porto City Trams

The Porto Trams 'City Tour' circuit has three routes. Each route runs every 30 minutes throughout the day, all year round.

The trams are fully restored vehicles which were originally built in Porto in the 1920's by Porto Tramways.

Route 1 runs from Passeio Alegre to the east of the city and terminates at Rua Infante Dom Henrique to the south of the city near the waterfront.

Route 18 runs from Carmo to the west of the city, terminating at the Tram Museum where it joins Route 1.

Route 22 shares the Carmo tram shop with Route 18 and runs through the city centre to its terminus at Guidais.
