Street Feast’s Hawker House, London
30th November 2013
Street Feast is a new phenomenon in London, night markets of street food. They take over unique sites such as car parks and warehouses to create temporary havens for lovers of street food and drink.
Hawker House was inspired by the hawker centres of Singapore where simple community seating is surrounded by endless stalls creating outstanding street food and dispensing excellent drinks. It was located on this occasion in an old factory at 38-50 Pritchard's Road, between Hackney Road and Broadway Market. The event ran Friday and Saturday nights from 8th November to 14th December, 5pm to 2am.
